Q2. I strained my wrist last month, and took pain pills and muscle relaxers, but it still hurts. Can acupuncture treatment help?
A2 --- Yes, acupuncture treatment can help your strained (or sprained) wrist to get well, but in Taiwan, most people who have a strained wrist, sprained ankle, or fractured bone prefer to see a Gong-Fu master.

A3 --- In general, the Gong-Fu masters not only good at teaching Gong-Fu (or martial arts),  but also well-trained  for taking care of  sports injuries. This is a tradition. They practice Chinese medicines and some acupuncture, too.

Q4. Are you a Gong-Fu master, too?
A4 --- I am a master in Healing Gong-Fu. I have learned some Shao-lin Gong-Fu when I was a boy, but I was focused on healing, instead of fighting, techniques since --- which means I had more and more trainings in massage, Chinese medicines, and acupuncture.

A1 --- Sure. If you could stay away from alcohol, potassium, sour foods, and spicy foods for a while, usually you would feel better even if you did not receive any treatments.

Q2. But I need a cure, can you help?

A2. Well, we have treated many people who had suffered from tennis elbow, and they got well only with a few treatments by us .
And guess what! Once I have treated three young men at the same time for their tennis elbows. The youngest one was 21-year-old, who had tennis elbow all his life, for his last name is Tennis. However, all of their problems went away with just one massage-acupuncture-herbal treatment.
